Things Happen!

If you receive an item that does not fit, does not suit you, or you believe was misrepresented on our website, you may request a return—subject to the conditions below.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS (FINAL SALE)

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Clearance items

  • One-of-a-Kind items

  • Graphic Tees, Tanks, Activewear

  • Mugs

  • Swimsuits

  • Some casual dresses

  • Print-on-demand products

⚠️ All Clearance items are final sale.


RETURN ELIGIBILITY & TIMEFRAME

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item

  • Returned or exchanged items must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery

  • Rentals may be returned at the point of hand delivery

All returns require a tracking number.


RETURN CONDITIONS

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unaltered

  • Free of damage

  • With all original tags attached

  • With original boxes, accessories, and packaging

  • Packed the same way it was shipped to you

❌ No returns are accepted for items that have been worn, altered, or damaged.


SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

  • Buyer pays return shipping

  • Buyers are responsible for exchange shipping both ways

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method

  • Mologoko Couture is not responsible for lost return packages


REFUNDS

  • Returns are processed after inspection

  • Refunds may take up to 10 business days

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was misrepresented

If the item was misrepresented in its listing, you will receive a full refund.


HOW IT WORKS

1. CONTACT US WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY

Email info@mologoko.com or call 571-230-3058 to initiate your return.


DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR MIS-SHIPPED ITEMS

If your item arrived damaged:

  • Take photos or videos

  • Obtain Proof of Damage from the delivery carrier if possible

Quality issues include:

  • Obvious defects

  • Incorrect customization

  • Size deviation beyond posted size criteria

If the issue was caused by Mologoko Couture, you are eligible for a full refund.


SIZING & FIT ISSUES (MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS)

Important Sizing Notes

  • Made-to-order garments may vary by ±1/ 1.5 inch

  • Extra seam allowance is included for minor alterations

If We Made the Wrong Size

  • You may return the unaltered item for a refund

  • Or choose local tailoring (return not accepted if altered)

If the Item Matches Your Order but Does Not Fit

  • Items made to your exact specifications cannot be returned

  • Minor tailoring can be done locally at your expense

⚠️ If measurement requests differ significantly, resizing may not be possible.


WRONG COLOR RECEIVED

  • Screen color variations may occur

  • If you received the wrong color due to our error, contact us

  • If confirmed, you may qualify for a full refund

🎨 We strongly recommend ordering fabric swatches before purchasing.


2. SHIP YOUR RETURN WITHIN 7 days

Include:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return (written note inside the package)

  • USPS

  • UPS

Insurance is optional but recommended.

3. RETURN REVIEW PROCESS

Our team will inspect:

  • Condition

  • Authenticity

  • Consistency with listing description

Please provide photos or documentation when applicable.

⚠️ Failure to respond to requests for information may result in refund refusal.

If a refund is not approved, a store credit may be issued at Mologoko’s discretion.

Refund Will Not Be Issued If:

  • Contact or shipment occurred after the allowed timeframe

  • Item condition differs from original listing condition


4. REFUND OPTIONS

You may choose one of the following:

  1. Original Payment Refund
    (Item price minus shipping)

  2. Mologoko Couture Gift Card
    (Item price + customization fee, minus shipping)


EXCHANGES

  • Buyer pays shipping both ways

  • Alterations: 5–7 business days

  • New item production: 7–20 business days


INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Canada / European Union / Australia

  • Customs fees and duties are non-refundable
