HOW IT WORKS

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR MIS-SHIPPED ITEMS
If your item arrived damaged:

Obtain Proof of Damage from the delivery carrier if possible
Quality issues include:

Incorrect customization

Size deviation beyond posted size criteria
If the issue was caused by Mologoko Couture, you are eligible for a full refund.
SIZING & FIT ISSUES (MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS)
Important Sizing Notes

Made-to-order garments may vary by ±1/ 1.5 inch

Extra seam allowance is included for minor alterations
If We Made the Wrong Size

You may return the unaltered item for a refund

Or choose local tailoring (return not accepted if altered)
If the Item Matches Your Order but Does Not Fit

Items made to your exact specifications cannot be returned

Minor tailoring can be done locally at your expense
