What do you sell?
Mologoko Couture specializes in handmade, made-to-order statement collars and cuffs — including our signature Baroness Collection — plus coordinating clothing: shirts and blouses, skirts, corsets, belts, shoulder covers, and dresses. Every piece is cut, sewn, and finished by hand in our Reston, Virginia atelier.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Every piece is made to order, so production takes 5–21 business days before your order ships (each additional item adds 1–2 business days). Need it sooner? Expedited production is available for a 30% surcharge. Once your order ships, delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $300. We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, with several speed options available at checkout.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to the contiguous United States, Canada, and worldwide. Unfortunately we're unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
What about customs and international duties?
International orders may be subject to customs duties (roughly 17–30%) and local taxes (roughly 12–19%), collected by the carrier upon delivery. These charges aren't included in your order total and are the customer's responsibility.
What's your return and exchange policy?
Since every piece is made especially for you, most items are final sale — but here are the details:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, and ship it back within 7 days of that.
- Items must be unworn, unaltered, and undamaged, with original tags and packaging.
- Made-to-order pieces, one-of-a-kind items, and clearance items cannot be returned.
- Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method (minus shipping) or as a Mologoko gift card.
- Return shipping is covered by the customer, and we recommend a trackable method.
How do I find my collar or cuff size?
Measure your neck (where a collar naturally sits, just above the collarbone) or wrist (snug, toward the elbow side of the wrist bone) with a soft tape measure — or use a piece of string and a ruler if you don't have one.

Do you offer collaborations, influencer partnerships, or custom design work?
At this time we don't offer collaboration packages, influencer campaigns, or custom design services. We're a small, independent atelier focused on our made-to-order collection. For anything else, feel free to reach out at info@mologoko.com.

Do you have a physical store?
We're an online store only, with a private atelier in Reston, Virginia (about 30 minutes from Washington, DC). We don't currently offer in-person showroom visits.
